The remainder of this page is the Terms & Conditions for orders placed with AUGX. By placing the order with AUGX you agree to all of the Terms & Conditions.

General Waiver

AUGX provides its web site and services “as is” and without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory. We provide exchange services to our customers according to their own requests, and do not in any way favor, advertise, promote, vouch for or otherwise recommend any Digital Currency over others. Customers are responsible for their own Due diligence on the Digital Currencies they order through AUGX.

Liability

Any client supplying incorrect or incomplete information when placing an order holds sole liability for any loss of funds. AUGX will make every reasonable attempt to assist in recovering the misplaced funds.

In no event shall AUGX or our suppliers be held responsible for lost profits or any special, incidental or consequential damages arousing out of, or in connection with our site, our services or these Terms & Conditions, however arising.

Privacy

AUGX will never share your information with any third party organization. All business transacted with AUGX is solely between AUGX and the client. Government inquiries requiring AUGX by law to divulge information are the only means by which any third party will see information posted to this site. Any request to send funds or other client information to a third party must be in writing and will be completed at the discretion of AUGX.

All pages on AUGX.com requesting client information are protected by the most current SSL encryption methods provided by GoDaddy.com.

Fraud

Any false or fraudulent information provided to AUGX nullifies all rights provided to the client by these Terms & Conditions. Fraudulent information provided to AUGX may be reported to fraud agencies, other exchange agents, law enforcement agencies and other involved financial institutions.

Refunds & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of the original request assuming AUGX has not initiated a transfer of funds to the client. All fees and losses incurred by AUGX when returning funds will be deducted from the returned funds. To cancel an order, email info@AUGX.com . We will do everything within our power to help you, but we cannot guarantee any cancellations.

Refunds after the transaction can only be performed in the manner of a new transaction.

Buy, Sell, Exchange

Whenever you send money or E-Currency to AUGX, you must send the Trade amount plus the Exchange fee plus any Transfer fees. AUGX will deduct all of the Exchange and Transfer fees from the total received and send the equivalent of the remainder in your requested currency. The funds sent by AUGX as well as the Exchange Fees due to AUGX will be calculated based on the Gold exchange rates current at the time that AUGX calculates the funds due to the client. Please note that Gold exchange rates often vary between the time you send funds and AUGX calculates the funds due to you.

If, for any reason, AUGX is not able to process an order as requested by a customer, AUGX will refund the customer for the same amount, and in the same form it had received Gold, Funds, or otherwise from its client. AUGX cannot be held liable for any losses to a client or third party due to order cancellations. Clients hereby wave any right to any additional compensation beyond a refund in the form described above.
